Some Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have your own studio?
I have a Pro-Tools based mix suite in my home. There are already a lot of
great studios in the world. We don't need to add another.
Who have you worked with?
I've had the pleasure of working with many of the worlds top musicians.
Please refer to the Samples page of this site to hear some of my work. I'd
be happy to share some session stories during our time together.
Will you make me sound good?
It all starts with a great performance. There are many techniques to get a
great performance. I'll use every tool in my bag to help get that
performance out of you.
I DO NOT like to use tools that alter the performance such as Autotune or
Beat Detective. If it has to be done then it has to be done but I will always
ask for your specific permission before "doctoring" performances.
Have you won any awards?
I have one record that won a Grammy in 1997, a couple of RIAA certified
gold records and a couple of CLEO award winning jingles.
I'd much rather that you listen to some of my work and decide if I'm worthy
or not.
Do you have a day job?
Of course I do. I left the full time music business several years ago as it
was not conducive to raising a family. Now that my youngest is three, I
have some time to work with my first love - Music. I can work evenings and
weekends on your project.
